Send final detailed daily schedule to customer.
1、ISIR(Initial Sample Inspection Report)
2、Send samples to customer
3、Issue Tracking(includes photos of detailed issues and suggested solutions)
4、Check the mold before leaving the factory according to the check list
1、Size correction according to ISIR and customer's feedback on samples
2、Evaluate changes with customers and offer new trial periods
3、Repeat until the customer finally approves the sample
Project manager gets information of sample's quantity & color & raw material ready for processing engineer.

3、Capability study by running small batch production
